Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

The whole product, in every plan, from day one. No modules to unlock, no tiers to upgrade. Two lists below: what your team gets, and what you get.

What your team gets.

My usual days

Most people sit in the same spot on the same days. Set the pattern once (Tuesdays and Thursdays, the desk by the window) and Desked books it ahead automatically. Booking becomes something you did once, not something you do weekly.

Favorite desk, one tap

For the days outside the pattern: star your seat once, and the dashboard shows a "Book it for today" button from then on. One tap, booked. No map browsing, no hunting.

Who's in

Before anyone commutes, they see who else is booked in that day. Teams coordinate without a group chat thread. This is the feature that drives daily opens; people check it the way they check the weather.

No check-in ritual

There is no QR scan to prove you showed up and no robot that deletes your booking because you stopped for coffee. Desked assumes your team are adults. The map stays accurate because changing a booking is easier than ignoring it.

What you get.

Interactive floor map

Your office as a clickable map. Upload a floor plan, place desks with drag-and-drop. Multiple floors, zones, or buildings are each their own map. Employees pick a desk the way they'd pick a seat on a flight: see what's open, tap it, done.

Booking rules

Set the guardrails once and let the office manage itself:

  • Advance windows: how far ahead people can book (prevents desk-hoarding)
  • Assigned desks: reserve specific seats for people who need them
  • One desk per person: double-booking is blocked automatically, no rule to configure

Rules run in the background. Nobody enforces them manually, including you.

Book for anyone

Reserve a desk for the new hire, or cancel for the one who's out sick, in two taps. The desk goes back into the pool instead of sitting empty with a name on it.

And it doesn't have to be you: make someone the manager of their own floor and they get the same powers on that map. The seating problems stop landing on your desk.

Browser-based, any device

Nothing to install, nothing to update. Any modern browser, desktop or phone. Your team bookmarks it. That's the rollout.

What's not here (and why)

  • No visitor kiosks. No digital signage. No HRIS sync. No ticketing system. No AI copilot.
  • Those live in enterprise platforms that charge enterprise prices and take enterprise timelines to deploy. Every module adds cost, configuration, and a reason for the rollout to stall.
  • Desked does workspace booking and does it well. And "desk" is flexible: a desk is anything you place on a map. If you also need parking spots, meeting rooms, or lockers, drop them on the same map and your team books them the same way. One map, one price, no add-on modules.
  • If the job is "let people reserve things and know who's where," the full product is already here.
